What do I need to be able to use PIE Parking?
You simply need to download our Mobile App that is available on Android and iOS, then visit a centre that supports PIE Parking. Scan the QR on the gate from your app and voilà! 🚀
Can I still pay with cash if I want to?
PIE is made to work alongside traditional ticket systems, not to completely replace them... So in the case that you are sure to use cash, or you just prefer the paper ticket, you are welcome to use the systems that you are used to. But for the best parking experience, we are sure you will come back to PIE again and again... everybody wants more PIE 😉
What happens when I lose my phone, or run out of charge?
Well that will be unfortunate, we really hope your phone stays put. But in the unlikely event, we can handle that situation with no problems. Just like if you lost your ticket, you would need to contact management or support for the centre you are parking at. They will then be able to override your ticket and open the gate for you.
Do you still need to use the payment machines if you use the app?
No, that's what is so great about PIE! You can pay from your phone... No queues. No cash needed. Easy as PIE
